Wow. What a beautiful part of the world!

We were so lucky to spend 2 nights in a private villa at Blue Moon Villas in Amed. It was impossible NOT to relax when you’re staying in a beautiful villa overlooking the immense ocean scape of East Bali. Our room was very comfortable with beautiful homely touches spread throughout and a lovely bathroom equip with a luxurious waterfall style shower. Our balcony offered some of the greatest views we have experienced, the perfect place to spend an afternoon.

One of the greatest highlights of this gorgeous place was the infinity pool in front of our villa, which was shared between 3 villas. We don’t usually spend much time in pools when we stay at hotels/villas, but this one was just too beautiful to resist.

If you get a chance to visit Amed, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friendly, the villas are gorgeous and their in-house restaurant “Komang John’s” serves up fantastic meals. Without doubt the best Lime Cheesecake I have ever had!
